Pellets a type of bioenergy, is the grinding of all kinds
of wood and wood waste into sawdust powder and then pressed, and compressed with high pressure. Today the use of pellets is widespread in many areas such as residential heating, electricity generation and heat production in energy sectors.
what we offer
The production of pellets consists in pressing sawdust pre-dried to a certain humidity and crushed to a given fraction under pressure. The operating pressure is about 300 atmospheres. The use of glue and other additives
of chemicals is not allowed, as the binder is a substance of plant origin — lignin, a natural polymer capable of plasticizing during granulation under the influence of a sufficiently high operating temperature.
Technology
Pellets can be used in all areas that require heat. Pellets is increasingly preferred in homes, sports facilities, public spaces, and much more areas.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) focused on low carbon emissions and sustainability efficiency, medium size production workshops
  • Private households using pellets for heating as a replacement of fossil fuel
Application scope
  • Remote recreational areas (eco-hotels or glamping) in eco-zones that increase the autonomy and safety of heating and electricity supply
  • Municipal boilers for parallel combustion of coal and pellets (co-firing technology)
  • Combustion Efficiency. Due to their uniform size and moisture content, wood pellets burn efficiently and release a high amount of heat energy. Combustion efficiency of pellets is 97%, compared to 78% from coal
  • Improving safety and autonomy of heating production. Pellets can be safely stored in a dry room for a long time. In addition, this fuel is not easy to ignite. In this way, they do not pose a significant fire hazard. Indeed, fossil fuels such as gas, diesel, and coal are easily flammable and contain chemical and noxious odors
  • Carbon Emissions. Pellets emit 10 times less CO2 than traditional fossil sources
Benefits
The first production facilities are planned to be located in the Mangystau region of Kazakhstan, which will maximize the use of logistical advantages in the sale of pellets. Further active development of the local sustainable energy market involves scaling up the production.
